The best parts of this trip was the town of Foligno, especially Antico Caffè della Piazza, where we met each morning and evening, and La Mattera antiQua Osteria where we had our cooking classes. Love those 2 guys.
Also a highlight was the dinner at Daniele's house.
The host Massimo, was very entertaining.
Things to improve: I felt that there might have been a little too much free time some days; possibly this is because I am comparing it to Soriano, where the villa serves to provide a relaxing way to spend time after a class or a visit.
